Houston Astros’ Daikin Park details 2026 season concessions, including brisket donuts, crawlache, and new onion concepts

New concessions lineup expands at Daikin Park for the Astros’ 2026 season
The Houston Astros and their concession operator, Aramark, have outlined a slate of new food and beverage items planned for Daikin Park ahead of the 2026 Major League Baseball season. The additions are centered on several new concession concepts and a broader set of individual menu items, continuing the ballpark’s recent approach of pairing traditional stadium staples with Houston- and Texas-influenced flavors.
Daikin Park is the Astros’ home venue under its current name following the stadium’s renaming that took effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
Signature items: brisket donuts and the “crawlache”
Among the most prominent new items is a brisket-based dish presented as “brisket donuts,” described as deep-fried brisket formed into donut-like rounds, topped with barbecue sauce and served alongside macaroni and cheese. Another heavily featured addition is the “crawlache,” a sausage-on-a-stick concept that combines kolache-style pastry with a corn dog format, using a pepper jack sausage wrapped in spiral puff pastry.

New stations: onion platters and expanded pizza offerings
The 2026 menu also introduces new stand concepts anchored by shareable and customizable formats. One of the headline concepts is an onion-focused station built around large onion ring platters, with options that can be served plain or topped with proteins, including popcorn chicken or pork burnt ends. In addition, a pizza concept branded as “Crust City Pizza” is set to broaden pizza availability and variety across multiple locations in the venue, including specialty pies that incorporate ballpark-style toppings.
The new concepts are designed around large-format, shareable items and familiar stadium foods with localized twists.
Hot dogs, fried snacks, and beverage additions
New individual items extend beyond the signature dishes. A Vietnamese-inspired “bahn mi” hot dog is included among the announced offerings, built around a foot-long dog with toppings such as slaw, bacon, cilantro, and a spicy aioli. Additional fried items include buttermilk-marinated pickle spears prepared with a seasoned coating and served with ranch.
On the beverage side, the Astros’ 2026 additions include new cocktail options planned for stadium bars, alongside the existing mix of beer, wine, and spirits sold throughout the ballpark.
What to watch as the season approaches
Pricing and exact points of sale are expected to vary by concept and item, reflecting the ballpark’s mix of fixed stands and portable locations. The rollout is timed for the start of the Astros’ 2026 home schedule, with the new menu positioned as part of the game-day experience for fans arriving early and those looking for full-meal options during play.
